Seasonal Fibre Investigation

Picture
Since the Summer of 2020 through to the Spring of 2021, I hosted an online backyard and found fibres investigation series as an invitation to join me as I began reaquainting myself with the land that I grew up on - the unceded and traditional territories of the Sinixt and Ktunaxa Peoples - and apply the methods and skills I learned from my time with EartHand Gleaners Society in Vancouver.

As of Summer 2021, we've started to meet in person outside for bi-weekly casual weaving hangs. If you're interested in joining or have questions about this pilot project, email me at EartHandNelson(at)gmail.com
